From the Entering Charlestown sign on Rt. 1 go 1.1 mi. and make a u-turn from the left lane. Go .2 mi. and take a right onto Falcone Lane. There is a Tim Horton's on Falcone La. Take a left onto Old Post Rd. The church is 164 ft, on the right, across from the Washington Trust Bank.
On route 1 heading east:
From the Entering Charlestown sign at the Warren Rd. traffic light on Rt. 1 go 5.9 mi., then take a right onto Falcone Lane. There is a Tim Horton's on Falcone La., visible from Rt 1 as you approach the exit. Take a left onto Old Post Rd. The church is 164 ft, on the right, across from the Washington Trust Bank.
